The home is a detached guesthouse to our main home, and best suited for 1 adult or a couple but can accommodate an extra person on the extendable sofa (see photos). A touch of urban in the beautiful setting of the Sierra Foothills, this beautiful one bedroom loft apartment is located on the American River green belt in Historic Folsom. Imagine biking, paddle-boarding or kayaking along the beautiful American River and then grabbing a beer from the amazing selection of micro-breweries offered on Sutter Street. The Johnny Cash Trail, Sutter Street shops and restaurants, the Saturday farmers market, etc. are all a short walk right from the front door.
