La casa, costruita nel 2023 è vicino al centro di Noto culla del barocco siciliano e alle più belle spiagge del circondario. Si trova a 50 minuti dall'aeroporto di Catania e 1 ora dall'aeroporto di Comiso (RG) e a 10 minuti da centri commerciali. E' immersa in quattro ettari di ulivi secolari e mandorli che creano un atmosfera coinvolgente e rilassante. La casa è adatta a coppie, gruppi di amici e famiglie con bambini. “Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).
