We are just a few miles from the most breathtaking ocean beaches and rivers. If hiking, biking, surfing, fishing or sightseeing are your passion, you will love this area. After a full day of adventures come back to the cabin and enjoy roasting marshmallows and making smores by the fire. The Cozy Coho

The Cozy Coho is located just 3 miles from Rialto Beach, this secret hideaway is the perfect place to refresh and relax. The interior walls are made of Cedar...and smell wonderful! This unique studio suite tiny home has a queen bed and twin loft bed for sleeping. The kitchen includes a gas stove top, microwave, Keurig, toaster, pots and pans, and more! The cute bathroom offers a stall shower and toilet. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit surrounded by trees and the distant sound of crashing waves.

The Rustic Retreat

Welcome to The Rustic Retreat This rustic cabin housed a family of 5 the first 4 years of developing the property that we continue working on. This space has a fully functioning kitchen, one private bedroom,and a twin bed in the loft. The bathroom is a European style wet bath with plenty of space to shower. We are situated in a prime location minutes to town on 5 acres. The tiny house and main house are roughly 100 feet apart and surrounded by tall trees.
