The Cozy Coho is located just 3 miles from Rialto Beach, this secret hideaway is the perfect place to refresh and relax. The interior walls are made of Cedar...and smell wonderful! This unique studio suite tiny home has a queen bed and twin loft bed for sleeping. The kitchen includes a gas stove top, microwave, Keurig, toaster, pots and pans, and more! The cute bathroom offers a stall shower and toilet. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit surrounded by trees and the distant sound of crashing waves.

The Rustic Retreat

Welcome to The Rustic Retreat This rustic cabin housed a family of 5 the first 4 years of developing the property that we continue working on. This space has a fully functioning kitchen, one private bedroom,and a twin bed in the loft. The bathroom is a European style wet bath with plenty of space to shower. We are situated in a prime location minutes to town on 5 acres. The tiny house and main house are roughly 100 feet apart and surrounded by tall trees.

Cozy up in the little living space with a fully stocked kitchen and sip your favorite drink on the covered patio overlooking the lake. The cottage is a completely private space, perched on an expansive grassy lawn. Bring your hammock and sway between the alder trees on the shoreline or build a camp fire in the fire pit provided. ~10 min drive from Forks.
