The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 2 single beds on a mezzanine (with fan). The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

What a beautiful place to stay, and the location was amazing! Genuine Waterfront Mediterranean home in Villa between Rome and Naples, Lounge panoramic garden whit stunning seaview, Relax, family, holidays in warm weather. Comfortable access to the near sandy Serapo Beach, water not deep is perfect for snorkeling, kids. The house felt like an Oasi of quiet and calm after a day in the near city. Walk by cafè, clubs, grocery, Spa; discover the place like local and near SPERLONGA CLIMB.

Bilocale con bagno situato nelle campagne tra Itri e Formia. Unisce la vicinanza ai più famosi luoghi di villeggiatura della costa laziale tirrenica, alla tranquillità della vita in campagna. La casa è composta di: camera da letto matrimoniale, cucina/ sala da pranzo e bagno. All' esterno è presente uno spazio esclusivo e tanti altri spazi comuni. L'abitazione dista 4km da Formia e Gaeta, 20km da Sperlonga e 3km da Itri. La stazione dista 2km e potrete comodamente visitare Roma o Napoli.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Appartamento all'interno di Torre Bianca, affascinante villa anni 70 immersa in un rigoglioso parco con vista mare di 10.000 mq e suddivisa in 3 unità abitative, in un contesto tranquillo ma non isolato. La villa si trova sulla collina sopra la spiaggia dell'Ariana a circa 300 metri dal mare, a 3 km dal centro abitato di Gaeta e a 18 km da quello di Sperlonga. L'appartamento, con ingresso indipendente e posto auto riservato, ha una ampia e panoramica area esterna ad uso esclusivo.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

L’alloggio turistico è a circa 600 mt. dal centro storico di Minturno, a circa 3 Km. dal litorale di Scauri e 1 km. dalla stazione ferroviaria vicina a numerosi punti di interesse. Dispone di un giardino con parcheggio privato; di una stazione di ricarica a pagamento per vetture elettriche; ambienti climatizzati; cucina completa di tutto; lenzuola e asciugamani. L'host offre ai visitatori il parcheggio gratuito (per una vettura) su tutto il territorio comunale.
