Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Es Bellveret is a cozy finca with amazing peaceful views and a 15 meter long infinity pool of salt water ideal to relax and enjoy the Majorcan sun only surrounded by nature and the sound of birds. It is close to the towns of Manacor, Sant Llorenç and Artà as well as to many beaches. The style is a blend of modern and rustic decorated with traditional Mallorcan details. Aquí podrà venir a disfrutar de una tranquilidad inigualable en que los únicos ruidos que escuchara será el viento entre los arboles o las olas del mar.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
