The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

On a quiet and leafy street 250 m from the beach, Lyn and Ulf welcome you to our two-room studio with terrace. It is attached to the main house, but there are no common areas. It includes a covered carport, a spacious bedroom with en-suite, a lounge/kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. The terrace, is designed for outdoor dining and equipped with a barbeque. We welcome infants and toddlers under 2 years old and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.
