Located in the vibrant heart of Windsor, this charming home offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Just a short walk from local restaurants and parks, you’ll enjoy easy access to everything the area has to offer. A quick drive will take you to popular family-friendly attractions like Legends Sports Complex, Windsor Lake, and more. The home also offers ample parking for vehicles and a large, private, fenced backyard. This home is great for families and groups with pets.

Green House on Remington Street

The Green House on Remington is a cozy turn-of-the-century house with new modern comforts and a convenient place to stay in Old Town. Easy walking to CSU campus, also to the downtown area with its variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The house has a spacious backyard and patio. Our recently remodeled home is a perfect getaway for all. The house is a duplex, with two working professionals living in the basement. They have their own separate entrance and do not share any spaces with you.

Perfectly cozy and close to Old Town

A few things to note first! - We live upstairs with our two children, so while we always try to be courteous, some noise may travel. - There is no air-conditioning, but the space stays comfortably cool during summer (and we have circulating fans). If these things work for you - we'd love to host you! Surround yourself with style in this thoughtfully designed and clean space. Our new one bedroom unit is located near beautiful open farmland - with only a short 5 minute drive to Old Town!

Happy Place Hideaway -Pet Friendly

You, your family & friends or pets, will be close to everything Loveland & Colorado has to offer in this garden level unit. Just one mile to downtown Loveland; take the bikes for a ride, or enjoy the many tasty restaurants, local breweries/shops, skiing, Estes! Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains, you are close to Ft. Collins, Boulder, Estes Park, and Denver. Great hikes, mountain tops, elk, Rocky Mountain National Park sunsets are all possibilities here at Happy Place Hideaway.

Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.
