Easy access to the Poudre Trail & a 15 minute drive to Horsetooth Reservoir. We put our heart & soul into renovating The Loft, and we love sharing our space with others. Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
