We have bicycles and beach chairs for guests to use. Unit is dog friendly with fee. There are many activities in the area, including beach,surfing,fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling and other water activities. Nearby there are waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops within a 5 minute drive. Many have live music nightly.

My fav is the beautiful blue/green waters at S Causeway Park inlet (.5) where you can swim, fish, rent jet skis, launch a boat/water toys you bring! The Jetty Pier Beach never disappoints! You can fish or watch expert pelicans catch all day as the waves crash below! Firm queen bed, sofa bed & 2 bunk beds.

Everything is steps away! You can see the beach entrance from the driveway! No shared spaces! Walk to Jetty park, Jaycee park (w/playground), Ft Pierce Inlet (load your boat) or several amazing restaurants/tiki bars (like Square Grouper). After a day on the water head to the Beach House to jump in the pool or play with some yard games. Take a stroll or GOLF CART RIDE to the restaurant/tiki bar to have a sunset dinner! Lastly enjoy the fire pit around the pool under the Edison lights & stars!

Capri Farmhouse Escape

Capri Farmhouse is located minutes from the scenic Indian River and Savannah Preserve. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this peaceful 2nd floor, non-smoking, 2 bedroom suite has a private entrance, eat-in kitchenette and guest parking for up to two vehicles. There is a fenced in yard and propane bbq grill. Dogs are welcome. (Due to severe allergies, we are no longer accepting cats as pets.) Keep in mind the unit is on the second floor and not suitable for children under 12.
