The home is kept cool and heated with a mini split system for your comfort. Please take in to consideration this is a smaller RV about 25 feet. There is animals on property please keep that in mind.

Has window air conditioning, microwave, stove, wifi, fridge (have to choose either to use standard size outdoor fridge or smaller indoor bar fridge as only one can be powered at a time), heating is via plug in heaters, concrete pad patio outside of trailer, two single beds.
