Welcome to our cozy one-bedroom apartment in Tygelsjö, part of a charming house in a peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for up to four persons, it features a comfortable double bed, double sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Close to public transport, shops & restaurants, it's just 12 min bus or car ride to Emporia shopping center and Hyllie station with easy access to Denmark and airport. Toys & trampoline in the garden. Jacuzzi rental available - please request 24h in advance!

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Välkomna till ett nyrenoverat boende med väldigt bra kommunikationer till centrala Malmö och Köpenhamn. På få kvadratmeter har vi skapat ett smart och modernt compact living där vi tagit vara på varje kvadratmeter. Här finns möjlighet att ta promenader i lantlig miljö eller bara ta det lugnt på den privata uteplatsen (40 m2) med egen bubbelpool. Boendet - Hyllie station (där Emporia köpcentrum ligger) tar det 12 minuter med buss. Hyllie station - Köpenhamn centrum tar det 28 min med tåg.
