This super cozy apartment is located centrally in Malmö at Nobeltorget and is close to the nightlife, city center and shopping while being in a place where it is very calm and quiet. Close to public transport such as bus and train if you want to go further out to the concert halls (15min to destination) or Copenhagen (40min to destination) (15 min walking distance to Triangeln station). The apartment also has a shop (Mido Quality) which is open 24/7 which is 50m away and has everything you need.

This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i detta fridfulla, bekvämliga boendet I området finns bra kommunikationer och närhet till butiker samt Jägersro Center. Busslinje 5 som tar er hela vägen in till Malmö Centrum (15-26 minuter). men även till Rosengård Tågstation (8 minuter) som tar er till Hylliestation och kända Emporia på 15 minuter och likaså till Malmö Centralstation på 17minuter. Jag är väldigt hjälpsam, guidar er gladeligen vad ni än behöver eller vill göra, ifall det önskas Välkommen!

Perfekt boende för 2 vuxna! Centralt på Dalaplan. Gångavstånd till Möllan & även buss/tågförbindelser är bara ett par minuter bort. ej komplett kök! Ugn saknas. Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)
