The suite (660 sq ft) comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a daylight bathroom, a dry kitchenette, and 1 parking spot on the driveway. The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

Ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, note that access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase, and the property is serviced by well water. Owner maintained & operated.
