Located just 1.5 blocks from the city park and circle trail, this brand-new construction, features new stainless steel appliances and full washer and dryer set. This private space comes fully furnished with brand-new everything. Pantry items are also available for purchase, featuring local business finds. The Upper Plex is 1,000 sq. ft., sleeps 5-6 comfortably with 1 queen, 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa, also featuring an outdoor balcony space.

The main portion of the home is a converted grain bin dating from the late ‘70s, and contains the living room, dining area, a partial kitchen, a half bath, and the master bed. The remainder of the home is an alcove with the stove and microwave, a laundry room, full bath, a second bedroom addition, and a single car garage. Please note that the most convenient entry into the home is through the second bedroom. Covington has hard water, please be aware there will be calcium clouding on fixtures.
