The Upper Plex is 1,000 sq. ft., sleeps 5-6 comfortably with 1 queen, 2 twins, and a sleeper sofa, also featuring an outdoor balcony space.

The remainder of the home is an alcove with the stove and microwave, a laundry room, full bath, a second bedroom addition, and a single car garage. Please note that the most convenient entry into the home is through the second bedroom. Covington has hard water, please be aware there will be calcium clouding on fixtures.

President Andrew Jackson owned the house and farm in the early 1800’s until conveying it to his ward John Jackson in 1831.
