Enjoy the screen pavilion with sofa & fire table and bright, wood lined cottage with all you need for a peaceful getaway-Japanese soaking tub, (small) Heat/AC, +fast wifi. Cook in the kitchen or grill in the beach side pavilion. Walk the trails around the lake through forest & meadow to the nearby State Forest & Gold Mine Trail. We group the 3 cottages to preserve the shore for nature to thrive-message to reserve all 3 for total privacy

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees

A beautiful open-style loft cabin in the woods of New Hampshire, near Partridge lake. The lake access point is nearby. The cabin is close to I-93, which provides access to White Mountain hiking trails and Littleton town center. Use of grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs included in rental. Please note: 1. There is no TV or wifi. 2. Loft access is via a "ladder," see photos. 3. Pets are welcome, but will be charged a 50 USD cleaning fee. 4. The driveway is fairly steep and icy in winter.

Pinestead Farm Lodge, unit 1, "Milk Rooms"

Located in the heart of the White Mountains, this 19th century farmhouse has been a destination for hikers, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts since 1899. The "Milk Rooms" are comprised of 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom on the ground floor. We are 10 minutes from Cannon mountain, 30 minutes from Loon and 25 minutes from the Ice Castles. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with a semi-remote cabin experience while keeping the gentle daily living comforts. Right at the edge of the White Mountain National Forest in one direction and in the other direction, a short five minute drive to Kezar Lake this secluded cabin has it all for the nature lover in you! Close to local favorite trailheads for hiking and mountain biking as well having nearby ski mountains and snowmobile trails.

Sapling Yurt

A short walk through the garden brings guests to this backyard yurt which was handcrafted on a New Hampshire family farm out of many species of local saplings. The handmade door and large skylight let in lots of natural light; you'll rise and set with the sun and watch the stars from the full-size bed. Two small single-sized floor mattresses fold up to make low chairs. A counter, fridge, and sink allow guests to make simple meals.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Guests have access to the indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, arcade, billiard room, and ping pong table. A shuttle provides rides to Loon Mountain Fri-Mon. No parties or events. No pets. No Smoking.

Luxury Tiny Home Getaway located just 5 miles from Loon Mountain and some of the best hiking trails in New Hampshire. Private amenities include salt water hot tub as well as a breeo smokeless fire pit/grille.
