The Guest House at Chandlery Farm

This classic Vermont farm estate has everything that description implies: end-of-the-road privacy with breathtaking views, where the only sound is the wind rustling through the leaves. The manicured gardens, stone walls and quaint but luxurious home seem plucked from classic American folklore. Guests can drink their morning coffee while soaking in views of rolling pastures and forested hills, and spend their days exploring the property's trails, and the beautiful towns and countryside nearby.

Plymouth's Historic Doll House; A tiny house

The Doll House has everything you’ll need at under 700 square feet. This fully-outfitted, historic, full-house rental has a complete kitchen, living room, two-bedrooms, bath, back sitting room, front farmer's porch and beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The Doll House is within easy walking distance to the Town Common, great restaurants and shopping, the Flying Monkey, and PSU. We are just a few minutes' drive to the Barn on the Pemi and Holderness School. NH Rooms Tax; License #059528.

This apartment is perfect for guests who need a resting point after skiing, hiking, or exploring nearby attractions. The apartment is NOT for those who need resort amenities. We maintain the apartment ourselves and are unable to offer 5-star Resort accommodations, but instead, we offer you an affordable nice cozy private apartment hosted by very gracious and generous hosts.

Beautiful Serene Lake/Ski House with central AC

Come enjoy the summer at our beautiful secluded lake house in New Hampshire! Swim, fish, kayak right in our backyard! Enjoy a good night with friends and family sitting around the fire, roasting marshmallows and watching the beautiful stars or play some games inside our rustic cottage. Activities in the area include Newfound lake, hiking, golf, winery, NH rail trail, entertainment complex. Sheets, towels and other necessities provided.

A - Farmhouse Apartment on a Cattle Farm

The apartment has a full private kitchen with a dishwasher. Breakfast is not provided. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee. We allow pets, but if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the apartment, dogs and cats must stay in an appropriate crate. We reserve the right to enter the apartment if an unattended pet is noisy or is not in a crate. The bathroom tub's bubbling jets do not work.

Andover Village apartment (walk to Proctor)

Bright, private ground-level guest suite in a central Andover Village location. The house is a short, two-minute walk to Proctor Academy and is ideal for anyone visiting the school or surrounding attractions. Nestled in the valley below Ragged and Kearsarge Mountains, the location offers easy access to local amenities in a peaceful, rural setting. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome.

Hebron Historic Farmhouse

The farmhouse was built between 1795 and 1800 by the ancestors of the owner. We renovated it in 2017 and added 600 square feet to the original structure. The space combines the charm of the old with the convenience of the new. We know you will love this relaxing, quiet country setting with views over a lovely meadow to the south, and Mount Crosby to the north.

Modern Private In-Law Apartment

Modern two bedroom in-law apartment located minutes away from Lake Winnipesaukee, Gunstock Mountain and Bank of NH Pavilion all about 5 miles and less than 10 minute drive. We are also a short 1/2 mile walk/drive to a 40 acre stocked trout pond. Come enjoy the sights and scenery of the Lakes Region or stay in for a quiet evening.

Smokey Pines Camp

Cozy, private cottage on the Suncook river. Great for kayaking, fishing, tubing and swimming. Very private with meadow, outdoor picnic areas and fire pits. Within walking distance to Bear Brook state park. 40 minute drive to Portsmouth, Manchester, lake Winnepasakee. One hour away from New Hampshire White Mountains and Boston.
