Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

Welcome to our beautiful apartment in Cittanova, Istria, Croatia. The apartment is located in a newly built house, it has 1 bedroom and a private pool which is a perfect spot to cool off and soak up the croatian sunshine. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, you can enjoy the sun and sea. Cittanova has a rich history and culture, while nearby Poreč and Umag offer nightlife options. Our apartment is the perfect retreat for families looking to unwind and relax in a peaceful and tranquil setting.

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Apartment Cristina offers a relaxing holiday with a beautiful view of the landscape and Motovun. The apartment has everything you could need and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. In front of the apartment is a terrace with one of the most beautiful views of the Istrian landscape, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or some of the top wines of the region in the evening. We also provide a parking place for 1 car.
