We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. The Villa at Spotted Sheep Farms, an Italian style 1,800 square foot home with beautiful finishes and a luxurious huge master suite. The property is home to animals and wild life including alpacas, miniature donkeys, and of course, spotted sheep! It’s perfect for a getaway, relaxing, enjoying some of Texas' best wineries, Fredericksburg shopping and the quiet evening in the hot tub.

Welcome to Oak Haus in The Glades on winery corridor. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy wine at the fire pit or coffee on the porch, where deer might scamper by. Spend your time relaxing, playing games or swimming in the heated cowboy pool (which is a 10 foot stock tank) in the common leisure corral. Visit the 12 wineries, brewery or two distilleries that are within one and a half miles of Oak Haus. Fredericksburg is just a short drive away.

A cozy, convenient and peaceful spot on a working farm. This is a small apartment above separate garage with private entrance. Perfectly situated 5 minutes to Comfort, 25 to Kerrville, 25 to Fredericksburg & 20 to Boerne: Great for taking advantage of all the dining, shopping and attractions in the hill country. Also an especially good location for bicyclists & motorcyclists. One small house-trained dog that remains leashed while outdoors is welcome.
