Lejligheden er tæt ved metroen Nuuks Plads - kommer nemt rundt i hele København. Den ligger i et skønt områder tæt på grønne områder, caféer, restauranter, butikker. På trods af centrale placering er der roligt. Som andre gamle ejendomme i København er der ingen elevator. Lejligheden har et typisk lille københavnertoilet med bruser, det er lille, men velfungerende.

Lejligheden ligger i nærheden af utallige handle muligheder, heriblandt Netto, brugsen, Føtex, lidl, Frederiksberg shopping center. Derudover ligger zoologisk have, Frederiksberg have og lindevangsparken lige om hjørnet. Det er ligeledes bus og metro lige om hjørnet - som gør det nemt at komme hurtigt frem og tilbage.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.
