Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Helt nyrenoveret badeværelse med bruser, toilet og håndvask. Huset ligger på en 2000 m2 grund, med privat afstand til hovedhuset og med skoven i baghaven. Der er 700 meter til en fantastisk badesø, som er en af Danmarks reneste søer. Det tager ca. 30 min. at komme til København. Børn er velkomne. Vi har babyseng og højstol.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

126 m2 stilfuld fritidsbolig. Her får du en eksklusiv ferie ved havet med udsigt til vandet fra både terrasse og stuen. Blot 100 meter fra grunden står du ved vandet. Området indbyder til skønne vandreture i skoven eller langs stranden til Lynæs eller Hundested, hvor I finder gode restauranter og kulturliv. Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø.
