Nel cuore del centro storico di Ortigia, tra colori vividi e profumi mediterranei, il Dammuso offre un'esperienza autentica nel calore siciliano. A due passi dal mare, questo affascinante alloggio storico unisce atmosfere d'altri tempi a suggestioni culturali uniche. Confina con Palazzo "Impellizzeri" dove all'interno vi sono alcune vasche d'acqua, reperti storici del sistema artesiano in alcuni periodi dell'anno subisce un'umidità di risalita, che potrebbe dar fastidio a soggetti allergici.

Il Loft nel Barocco

Dall'accurato restauro di un'antica falegnameria, nasce questo splendido Loft a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Noto. Il Loft si articola su due livelli al primo dei quali si trova un grande soggiorno con una cucina ad isola a vista completa di elettrodomestici ed un bagno con antibagno, servizi igienici e vasca. Al secondo livello trova spazio una grande camera da letto affacciata su un terrazzino arabo ed un bagno con doccia nascosto da una parete specchiata CIR 19089013C219169

Casa Vacanze "LA TERRAZZA SUL BORGO DI ORTIGIA", si trova nel l'incantevole Isola di Ortigia, nei pressi della graziosissima piazza della Graziella, è composta da accogliente cucina, un soggiorno con soppalco su cui vi è la camera da letto, WC con doccia e terrazzo di 20 mq, dotata di WI-FI, è arredata e curata in ogni minimo particolare per rendere il vostro soggiorno davvero confortevole. É attivo il servizio di "Self Chek In", ma preferisco sempre accogliere personalmente i miei ospiti.

The apartment is located in the " Graziella " the oldest district of the Ortigia on the second floor of an independent building recently renovated.It has an area of 55 square meters, which extends on one level except the attic loft which houses a comfortable double bed. There's a private terrace.The apartment is comfortably livable for two to six people, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room where you will find the sofa bed and the attic loft.

The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

In the heart of the oldest area of Ortigia, this lovely penthouse will be your key to the secrets of the island, its sea and history or relax on the terrace enjoying the sightseeing and the sea breeze. The flat is situated at the third floor of a typical baroque building, it is a few minutes walking to the principal historical and architettural attractions (Duomo, Fonte Aretusa, P. Archimede, Caravaggio's peinture) and to the Mercato full of typical food.

Situata in una antica casa signorile, tramite delle scale interne si accede alla camera con terrazza adiacente, completa di tutti i comfort ed appena ristrutturata. La stanza si trova a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale di Noto, dal Palazzo Ducezio e dal fantastico Palazzo Nicolaci. Dista circa 8 km dal mare, 10 km dall' Oasi Vendicari e 30 km dalla città di Siracusa. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Fontanarossa di Catania (circa 50 minuti di strada).

La casa, recentemente ristrutturata si trova alla Giudecca, antico quartiere ebraico, wi fi e' illimitato e senza nessun costo aggiuntivo, possibilità' di affittare l' appartamento accanto. Vi ricordiamo che la tassa di soggiorno andrà pagata cash in loco ed è pari al 4% dell’importo del soggiorno.
