Nichée dans la colline d'Anthéor la petite Léontine offre un cadre nature et mer exceptionnel. Au calme vous bénéficierez d'une magnifique vue sur la mer à 180°, les roches rouges de l'Esterel (Cap Roux), les Iles de Lerins, les Alpes, Cannes et la corniche d'Or. Lieu renommé parmi les plus beaux endroits de la côte d'Azur La petite Léontine a été rénovée en 2023 et décorée selon nos inspirations liées à nos voyages dans les îles. Son jardin verdoyant et calme tire bénéfice d'une source d'eau.

Ce logement indépendant, entièrement rénové début 2019, se situe dans le grand jardin arboré des propriétaires (couple charmant). Nous résidons dans le parc Santa Lucia, domaine résidentiel de St Raphael. Notre villa et cette petite maison sont dans un grand jardin, calme, à 2 pas de la mer (3 minutes à pied). Le cadre y est très agréable, reposant. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Tout est fait pour y passer un séjour 100% détente. Palmiers, tortues, chats, ombre, soleil, piscine ( à partager)...

It is composed of 3 floors: - ground floor - a TV room/bedroom and 1 bathroom - first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, - second floor: large room with 2 salons (one for reading and one for television), a dining-room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Full view over the sea. AC, WIFI, high quality beddings and towels. Washing machine and dryer.

A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.
