This unique, private studio apartment is a cozy getaway right on the edge of the Alaskan backcountry. Enjoy the opportunity to witness sandhill cranes, moose, foxes, and other wildlife right out your window! Comfortably sleeps 3 with 2 x twin beds and a convertible futon bed. $0 Cleaning Fee! Sunnyside Hideaway is an entire apartment on the lower floor of our home. Only 8 miles to the Spit, 5 miles to the Kilcher Homestead, but away from the hustle and bustle of Homer’s busy summer season. We provide breakfast bars & snacks, and you are welcome to use our washer and dryer (top of the stairs.) In summer, enjoy the outdoor area with firepit, gas grill, dining table & chairs. We even have room to park your boat (unless it's really huge.) NOT in the tsunami zone.
