Welcome to F-Town Central! 32 steps to the Park, 156 steps to BestSlope Coffee, 297 steps to Copper Club Brewery (yes, I counted them). What more is there to say? It's a clean, cute, updated 2-bedroom in the heart of Fruita. The home uses Evaporative Cooling during the summer. Kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances (fridge plays Pandora!). Large, shaded backyard comes standard with a BBQ grill and firepit for those evening chill sessions. Shed can be used for safe bike storage too!

Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

There is a Kokopelli Trail map painted on the wall so you can plan your ride or hike. Relax and hangout indoors and outdoors!

Pabor House

Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! We do allow dogs but limit them to 2. Pet fee covers one dog. No cats allowed.

This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.
