City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Iz sobe se izlazi na balkon sa vrtnim namještajem i pogledom na vrt. Najbliza trgovina se nalazi na svega 10m udaljenosti a grad na 5min lagane šetnje uz more. Apartman ima klimu, TV i wifi (uključeno u cijenu).

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Each bedroom has access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Villa stands on a hill and is surrounded by greenery.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Appartamento e piccolo ma con i spazi ben organizzati ed e ideale per 4 persone. Volendo ci possono stare 6 persone usufruendo dell divano letto matrimoniale nella zona giorno.
