This Istrian-style studio is nestled in the heart of Vrsar’s historic old town, just steps from the town square, St. Martin’s Church, and the town’s four scenic viewpoints. Housed in a beautifully renovated fisherman’s house, the property maintains its authentic Istrian charm. Step onto the shared rooftop terrace, where you can unwind with breathtaking views of the islands. As the sun sets, watch seagulls soar across the sky and immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the Istrian coastline.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.
