The house is fully equipped self catering authentic historic guesthouse located in Central Bulgaria. The house is in a calm rural area, offering privacy and great mountain view. We are just 15 min by car east of Apriltsi and close to "Central Balkan National Park". We would like to offer you this unique experience! Nearest towns: Apriltsi, Gabrovo, Sevlievo, Troyan.

Location: Suhindol town, near Veliko Tarnovo city(45km) - 2 bathrooms - 3 bedrooms for 8-10 people, air conditioning in every room - cozy living room with open fireplace, sofa, small library and many board games - kitchen with everything you will need, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine - big dinning hall with a big table, karaoke system - outdoor jacuzzi ( additional payment ) - big garden with a barbecue area, trampoline for the kids, darts, hammock, etc. - Wine tour with tasting optional

Къща РОДЕН БАЛКАН е нашата основно ремонтирана столетница. Тя е от възрожденския период на България и е на възраст от над 150 години. Къщата е запазила духа на старото време съчетано с нужните удобства на настоящето. Първия етаж е мястото за споделени мигове с приятели. На тежка маса или на мека мебел до камината в компанията на хубав филм и чаша вино. На втория етаж са спалните за нашите гости. Имаме 3 двойни стаи, които ползват две бани и едно студио за 4 човека със самостоятелна баня.

Къща край реката/ House By The River се намира на 13 км западно от Велико Търново, на 1 км на юг от пътя София-Варна, с. Ветринци, махала Долно Ветринци, на брега на най-живописния участък по поречието на р. Янтра. Къща край реката/ House By The River се състои от хол с просторна дневна, трапезария и кухня, откъдето се излиза на чудесна веранда с изглед към планината, реката, двора и басейна. На същия етаж се намират и три спални с две бани и тоалетни.
