Little House is a hand built, 2 story log cabin on our 320 acre Alaskan homestead. Upstairs are 2 queen bedrooms. The master has a bay window and jack and jill bathroom. The cabin includes hot water, electricity, internet, kitchenette with 2 burner stove, cookware, dining table, sofa, and recliner. This is a working homestead with chickens, turkeys, free roaming dogs, farm equipment, and land work. If you are expecting a resort or are uncomfortable around animals, this may not be the right fit.

Our place is right on The Gulkana River. You’ll love our sauna, skiing, and 77-acre homestead. We are off the grid (no electricity), but have a sink, wood stove (we start for you), clean outhouse (no indoor toilet) and plenty of water that we haul for you. Outdoor shower is very rustic. Gulkana River Ranch is a haven for those wishing to be close to nature and experience bush Alaska as it used to be. Mod cons quite limited: Instagram-worthy photos plentiful:) Adventure awaits the hearty soul!

Relax with the whole family at the beautiful Green Gables Acres in the quiet homesteading community of Kenny Lake. Located at the edge of the Wrangel St. Elias National Park, Green Gables is just minutes from the Copper River. Such a place to explore! If you’re Alaskan, come while the salmon run and get your fish! With the Chugiak mountains as your back drop this home boasts a full kitchen, laundry and bath with three queen beds. A perfect layover and midway for McCarthy/Kennicott and Valdez!

Come enjoy a 900 sq. ft. apartment with a queen memory foam bed in the bedroom, a queen memory foam bed and a futon in the living room. A complete kitchen is included. We are just across the Copper River from the Wrangell/St. Elias National Park. The Copper River is within walking distance. Both the Gulkana and the Klutina Rivers are about 15 miles away. Located on our family homestead circa 1963, this is Grammie's home with some mobility aids available. Centrally located in the Copper River Country, this is a great base to explore the region or take day trips to Valdez, McCarthy, or Nabesna. The region is beautiful and full of history and culture. Nicely furnished rustic cabin nestled among large spruce trees. Located approximately 3/4 mile from the Gulkana River (12 miles north of Glennallen). Cabin is also located just 8 miles from Gakona/Copper River. Beautiful views of the magnificent Wrangell Mountains abound in the area. Guests arriving before May 1 must bring water, lighting, some firewood and access may be difficult due to snow and a sled may be required for part of the 1/3 mile distance from the highway.
