If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Nicely furnished apartment in a newly built quiet residential building near the center of Pula. Nearby there is a shopping mall center with many shops and supermarkets. Bus lines quickly connect you to the city center and other destinations. It is located on the third floor of a newly built building with an elevator. Prostor je klimatiziran (dva klima uređaja, jedan u blagovaoni drugi u glavnoj spavaćoj sobi) te se klimatizacija ne naplaćuje posebno. Gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan Wi Fi. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Prostrana glavna spavaća soba se prostire preko cijele gornje etaže objekta. Gostima je na raspolaganju vanjski roštilj te balkon u sklopu apartmana.

Lovely villa situated in the ancient town of Galižana close to Pula with olive garden, sea view and private pool. Villa Istria is suitable for up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the private swimming pool with sun loungers next to it, just to get the prefect summer tan and to enjoy the fresh Istrian air. From there you will also have a view onto the beautiful olive garden!

Our apartments are located just 200 meters from Gate of Hercules and 360 meters from Pula Amphitheater. The sea (Pula harbor) is just 500 meters from the apartments and the nearest beaches around 2.5 km. We always look that the apartment is clean, neat and perfectly functional so you can start enjoying it right away.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
