Sweet home on the sea

My home is very clean and well equipped, our beautifull sea and beach and long sea side to enjoy a sea holidays in the best way ever. *Hair Dryer and Iron *Fridge *Oven The apartment itself is very cozy, big and clean with a cute balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful sea of Baia Verde The apartment in on the 1st floor wo lifts. Completely equipped with every comfort and user friendly. We have 2 big balconies to have a launch and dinner under the pines's shadows Location: Simply ´PERFECT´ for a long or a short-term stay. It takes very short time to get all tourism attractions that my beautiful country can offer, great old town like Gallipoli, Lecce, Maglie, Specchia Santa Maria di Leuca and not so far also Ostuni (the whithe city) Locorotondo. I will give you then also some suggestion on where to enjoy your launch and tast our great typical food Thank you so much for reading all this as I told you whenever you want I will be right there for you! Elisa Don´t be afraid of Easyjet or Ryanair or Alitalia or Vueling to reach the closer airport (Brindisi) As soon as you finish the reservation I will send you an e-mail with a file which explains everything to get to the apartment easier with photos etc. You won´t have any problem to reach the apartment. :)

Villetta a Torre dell'Orso (LE), nel villaggio di Torre Saracena, 700 m dal mare composta da due camere letto di cui una matrimoniale e una con tre lettini singoli, un salone (in cui é presente la TV e un divano letto 2 posti), un ampio giardino posteriore (con vano doccia, lavatoio, barbecue, bagno e lavatrice) e una veranda esterna. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, dispone di due bagni, impianto di condizionamento nella zona living e nella zona notte. Sono presenti 4 bici e posto auto.

Cette maison affiche un style unique, typique de l'architecture du Salento avec des plafonds en voûtes étoilées. Il y a 2 terrasses extérieures comprenant chacune une cuisine d'été. Entièrement équipées de transats, salon de détente, bar, parasol avec une vue unique à 360° sur les toits de Galatone. 2 chambres communicantes avec literie 5 étoiles. Un lit d' 1,60 m et deux petits lits qui peuvent être regroupés. A 10 mn de la mer Sta Maria Al Bagno en voiture, l'eau est merveilleuse 🤩🌊

A 1 km dal mare (scogli bassi), A 7/8 km da Gallipoli, spiagge sabbiose. Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. Immerso nel verde ma nello stesso tempo a pochi minuti dalle spiagge più belle . Monolocale composto da letto matrimoniale più divano letto , cucinotto separato e ampia terrazza .

A welcoming house, furnished with great attention to details, in the charming historic center of Matino, 10 minutes by car from the sea. Spread over three levels, with entrance on the ground floor, the main body on the 1st floor and the terraces on top. The house has 2 double bedrooms with relative bathrooms, plus a small single room with a sofa usable as a single bed. There are two kitchens, one inside and one on the terrace with a covered space for outdoor meals, both fully equipped.

Beach house - a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

Vista panoramica ed immerso nel verde di una grande pineta .
