Adjacent private covered parking for up to 2 large vehicles or 4 small cars. Very quiet neighborhood. Gardendale water is said to be the best water in Permian Basin. We follow up strictly guidelines of AirBnB on reservations. It is first reservation takes it. Thank you very much.

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.
