The usage of space was one of the most important factors as is evident in the design. Guests have access to the whole apartment & a secure underground parking bay (Sec 57) I stay close by so will attend to requests made but for the most part, this is a self- catering apartment for independent guests. Please don't hesitate to ask should you need info about the city or places to visit. The loft is located on Bree Street—the new and trendiest street in Cape Town. It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town. This 50 m2 studio is a nice and open space with a bathroom and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob and oven. There is a pool in front of the studio and a wooden roof terrace at the back. The pool and both outside areas are for your use only. The apartment accommodates 4 people. You will have as much privacy as you want. Our place is good for couples, families, business people and solo adventurers.
