Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

In the perfect location, just a few stairs away from the beach, 30min bike ride(bikes included) or an even quicker car ride from center of Crikvenica. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Beautiful holiday house with swimming pool and large yard for 10 people. It is located in Garica in the vicinity of nature, not far from Vrbnik on the island of Krk. The house has two covered terraces beside the pool, a large, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has has free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, and in large yard your pets have enough space to enjoy themselves.

As your host, I stay on-site in a separate space in the basement ( with own kitchen and bathroom) and outside the main house, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to enhance your stay. Our guests can indulge in healing mud baths nearby and savor homemade meals, at the restaurant along the sea. Additionally and complimentary, the guests can eat everything that is growing in the garden.
