This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

The Waterfall cabin is located in a quiet romantic setting with your very own waterfall just steps away from the cabin. This cabin is ADULT only and has a maximum occupancy of two. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or roast marshmallows in the open fire pit. The cabin is just minutes away from Downtown Hot Springs National Park, gift shops, eatery's, brewery's, bath houses and some of the best hiking trails in Arkansas. The cabin does have a DVD player with movies, games and puzzles.

Swim in the lake from the public dock down the street. Or take a 1-minute drive around the corner to the gorgeous Garvan Woodland Gardens. Includes an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill, lawn games, and more! 15 minutes from the main downtown strip and Oaklawn.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. this winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

This property is close to Oaklawn Racing and casino, Downtown restaurants, bathhouses, hiking and biking trails. 5 miles to Oaklawn horse racing and casino!!

In order to remain affordable for smaller families, the base price is calculated for 4 guests and an extra person fee is added for the 5th and 6th guests.
