Amenities provided include satellite TV, kitchen area for meal preparation, a fenced in area for pets and comfortable sleeping for couples in the one bedroom, a single bed at the other corner end, and an additional fold-out cot.

Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.

Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
