Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. Es ideal para relajarse, no hacer nada o para usarla de base para recorrer esta isla tan bonita.

One part is occupied by my son and myself, the other part became "El recondito". This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the climate, absorb the culture and escape from urban hustle and bustle. Welcome!

All lined with large windows, it has perfect lighting and unbeatable views. It is one of the old houses of Corralejo, but recently renovated and with good soundproofing, with a minimal design that invites to rest. It is ideal for romantic or family getaways, it is not necessary to have a car, since you are in the center of Corralejo.
