This is without doubt THE BEST LOCATION you could hope for when visiting Geelong West! Located in a quiet residential street but only a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The cottage is within a short distance to Pakington Street, Shannon Avenue, 5 min drive to the Waterfront, City, GMHBA Stadium and 8 min drive to the Spirit of Tasmania. Sleeps 4 people with a queen bed in each bedroom. Perfectly located on a quiet and cute little street near Eastern Beach, Botanical Gardens and the football stadium. Please note we only accept bookings from people who don’t already live in Geelong and people over the age of 25.
