Welcome to beautiful Neapoli.This apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen/living room.The apartment is ideal for hosting 4 people, since there is one double-sized bed in each bedroom.Its location is excellent as it is situated 200 meters away from the sea side and other important stores (supermarkets, cafes, etc).Air conditioning is available in each room. We are certain that you will have a wonderful stay at our town as most tourist locations are situated in a close distance.

Γνώρισε και εσυ το The stone house .Ένα σπίτι που συνδυάζει το παραδοσιακό με το μοντέρνο !Η βεράντα με ανεμπόδιστη θέα σε όλο τον κόλπο των βατικων και το ηλιοβασίλεμα θα σε χαλαρώσει και θα σε ταξιδέψει στο απέραντο γαλάζιο.Μολις 8 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Νεάπολης, 10 λεπτά από το απολιθωμένο φοινικόδασος και τις παραλίες του με τα καταγάλανα νερά. Η παραδοσιακή ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδυασμό με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία θα σας εξασφαλίσουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρια.

Ο ξενώνας βρίσκεται σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά με ευχάριστο κλίμα, κατάφυτη από ελαιώνες σε μικρά λοφάκια, στην περιοχή Μαυροβουνίου, 3 χλμ κοντά στο γραφικό Γύθειο. Η πλησιέστερη παραλία είναι η αμμουδιά του Μαυροβουνίου που βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 1,5 χλμ από τον ξενώνα, όπου σε κάποια σημεία είναι οργανωμένη με ομπρέλες, καταστήματα εστίασης ενώ σε πολλά άλλα όχι τόσο πολυσύχναστα προσφέρεται για ηρεμία και απομόνωση. Ο ξενώνας κατοικηθηκε για πρώτη φορά τον Απρίλιο του 2024.

Το κατάλυμά μας προσφέρει γαλήνη και επαφή με τη φύση, με τον ήχο των κυμάτων να συνοδεύουν τις μέρες και τις νύχτες των επισκεπτών, αφού η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 15 μέτρα από την είσοδο. Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.

Koumaros is the name given to the house where you will be staying. It is also the name of the hill on which it is backed. The house dating from the early 1900s and entirely renewed, is located in the heart of Gythio, overlooking the Cultural Center square. After 90 steps you will be raised above the roofs of the houses and will contemplate the sea. Ideally located, Koumaros is close to all shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and bus stop.
