The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

In de binnenstad van Hanzestad Zwolle staat dit historische, kleine herenhuis , waar je beschikt over een volledig eigen ruimte met keuken, badkamer en slaapkamer. Het pand dateert uit 1906 en bevat nog authentieke elementen zoals oude paneeldeuren en glas in lood ramen. Het appartement is bereikbaar via een trap en beslaat 2 verdiepingen. Het is daardoor niet geschikt voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Geschikt voor 2 personen, geen huisdieren toegestaan.

Spacious and fully equipped apartment (60m2) at the top floor of our house. Located in a safe neighborhood in between the city center and the university area, at 5 to 10 minutes by bike. The apartment is the top floor (3/3) of an old house build in 1906. All rooms can be locked and you will have all the privacy you need. Nevertheless, I live at the two lower floors, and we will share the front door and the staircase, so we will both have to be considerate.

Het bestaat uit twee (slaap) kamers, een kitchenette en douche/toiletruimte. Een plek om onder te duiken en te onthaasten. U heeft beschikking over WIFI. Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.

The flat is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Velp, near Arnhem, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and of course National Park Veluwezoom. Je kunt hier heerlijk vertoeven en even helemaal tot rust komen. Maximaal 4 gasten. Geen huisdieren. Gratis parkeren in de straat. Bushalte op 200 meter, winkels op 500 meter. 2 gratis leenfietsen aanwezig.
