De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

The Dobberhuisje is divided into 2 sleeping areas, 1 sanitary room with shower and toilet and a living room with kitchen. Because there are windows all around, every room has a panoramic view of the surroundings (reed borders, water and boats moored at the jetties). The interior is made of wood. Equipment in the Dobberhuisje is designed to use as little electricity, gas, water and sewer as possible. A very sustainable overnight stay is therefore guaranteed, without sacrificing comfort.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).
