Zero interface check in/out; key code provided after booking. Two night minimum stay and handicap friendly.

You will be 10 minutes from Old Town Round Rock, 15 from the historic Georgetown Square & 25 from Austin & UT. You will have quick access to great restaurants, shopping & parks. We are in a quiet, established, heavily treed neighborhood with ponds, a small natural park, tennis court & quiet streets. I garden year round, so you are welcome to harvest and enjoy herbs & veggies.

The Harty House - Walking Distance to Downtown!

The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. You probably won't be home much, but when you are...Full kitchen, huge backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and a great table for working remotely.

Rustic cedar cabins will great amenities, perfect for an anniversary, girls weekend, writing get-away, wedding night, or just about anytime you want to relax. 1 king size bed, dining table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large bathroom with jetting tub and rain shower head. Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Because of our area, we have limited Wi-Fi.

This charming ranch-style home comfortably accommodates **up to 6 adults** plus **2 to 4 children** with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. Set on heavily wooded acres. Close to dining, shopping, downtown but also tucked away enough to unplug and relax. Hike to the San Gabriel River or take a short drive to Georgetown Lake. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
