Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Back looks out to wooded grounds. Location & Luxury! A cozy home away from home for family visits, business travel or those attending local events! You will be 10 minutes from Old Town Round Rock, 15 from the historic Georgetown Square & 25 from Austin & UT. You will have quick access to great restaurants, shopping & parks. We are in a quiet, established, heavily treed neighborhood with ponds, a small natural park, tennis court & quiet streets. I garden year round, so you are welcome to harvest and enjoy herbs & veggies.

Stylish house 10min from Domain. King & Queen beds

Newly renovated home in quiet cul-de-sac 19 minutes from downtown. Each bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. Master bedroom has a California King and second bedroom has a Queen. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. We have a roll in bed in the garage as well as a large couch that can be used for the 5th and 6th guest. Only guests are permitted. No extra visitors, parties or events. Violations may result in cancellation without refund. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

Just 20 minutes from Austin, Round Rock and Georgetown, the location is perfect for shopping, music, sports venues, water parks and more, yet guests get the feeling of being in the country with free range chickens, farm fresh eggs, wild birds, three kittens and two livestock guardian dogs, Maggie and Bruce. You'd swear you were out in the country but surprisingly this amazing little house is literally minutes from I-35 and the Georgetown Square. Built in 2018 this house will treat you with quiet surroundings and modern amenities. 1 bed/1 bath, queen bed + fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Must be 25 to book, no guests under 15. No pets, no smoking, no vaping. Easy check-in/out via keypad.

This charming ranch-style home comfortably accommodates **up to 6 adults** plus **2 to 4 children** with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
