Our unit is newly renovated, and offers free Wi-Fi. new appliances, and microwave, fresh linens and towels, as well as extras located in closet with iron/ironing board. Bedroom has Queen bed , desk, and each room has Amazon Fire smart TV w/ remote to access multiple streaming apps. A small patio is located off living area where parking lot is clearly visible to see your vehicle. Laundry on-site short walk away.

Cozy Chalet - Studio with Private Entrance

The flat is fully updated with all comforts that you are accustomed too and more! It has a kitchen with all the amenities in a five star resort, laundry space with a new washer and dryer, and entertainment area with Roku (Hulu, NetFlix, and Apple TV). The unit includes the best Reverse Osmosis Systems drinking water filter system money can buy. We have a high end split A/C unit, so you will not be subjugated to someone else’s desired temperatures, or the expensive hotel's low end units.

La Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Charming and quiet private backyard casita offers full size appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. Self care is spa-like in the extra large, clean bathroom. Sleep comes easy in the cozy king size bed. If you need extra bed space, the couch makes an additional full size bed. We can’t wait for you to experience this sweet little home away from home.

Modern contemporary space Down Stairs only..no shared space. Upstairs we host “The Pilots lounge” Space has updated full kitchen. just a few blocks from the mall and within five minutes of 15 different restaurants. Space has plenty of natural light. backyard with a covered porch. Great space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the park.

The Tall City Cottage

Cute and comfortable studio cottage! We have the perfect spot in the Tall City for quick vacations, family getaways, or long-term corporate travel. Great location right off the loop and just a short drive from downtown. High speed WiFi, workspace, stocked kitchenette, reverse osmosis drinking water, mini-split AC & heating, and a shared patio and backyard space.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Amazing location with completely updated Condo. Our place is within walking distance to major grocery store and tons of shopping! Close to all the great restaurants make it easy for a night out. Our condo is oh so charming and homey. Did I mention you will love the area?

Desert Farm Studio

We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our guest suite and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy in a strategic position to reach easily and quickly all the places of the city.

A unique downtown Midland apartment with a comfy King size bed, and TV in the bedroom and living room. There is a full size kitchen and workspace. This place is cozy, and has everything you need. Pets are only allowed with special permission.
