Op 2 km van het centrum van Brugge, men kan te voet langs het kanaal wandelen. Supermarkten in de dichte buurt. Auto gratis openbaar parkeren voor de deur is mogelijk. Het terras is open naar het fietspad langs het kanaal (opletten voor kindjes). Bed-, bad- en keukenlinnen is aanwezig.

Het huis is warm, mooi ontworpen en ligt in een rustige straat. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers met elk een tweepersoonsbed (160cm), en 1 eenpersoons slaapkamer, 3 badkamers met douche. De tv heeft Netflix :) Er is een zonneterras op het dak + gratis wifi. Het huis is geschikt voor 1 tot 3 koppels en gezinnen met kinderen.
