Ich fahre in den Urlaub und vermiete meine vollständige Wohnung. Es ist eine gemütliche, sehr helle Galeriewohnung mit Südbalkon. Im Sommer wird sie recht warm, es gibt aber Rollos und einen Sonnenschirm zum Schutz und viele Fenster zum durchlüften nachts. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Geschäfte und Bars sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die ÖPNV an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Schön wäre, wenn du die Balkonpflanzen einmal am Tag gießen könntest, damit sie noch lange schön sind.

The apartment is situated on the third floor, with a small balcony overlooking Giesingerplatz. There are several supermarkets less than 200m away, as well as a train, subway and bus station around 50m away (Giesinger Bahnhof). It has a lot of light. Since it is my permanent residence all my belongings are there at all times, but there is free space in the closet and drawers. It is perfectly for teleworking, with a big desk, two work chairs and fast wifi connection.

Die U-Bahn Station ist in 5 min zu Fuß, Bus direkt vor dem Haus, S-bahn Station in 5 min erreichbar. Die Fenster zeigen zum ruhigen Innenhof und von dem Balkon lässt sich der Sonnenuntergang und der Blick zur Innenstadt Richtung Olympiaturm genießen
