Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Gut erreichbar vom Flughafen (35 min S Bahn Linie 8) Nähe Innenstadt/ Oper etc. (5 Minuten U+S Bahn/ 10 min zu Fuß) Nähe Messe (10 Minuten U Bahn) Auf den Sprung in die Berge - z.B. Chiemgau/ Chiemsee (35 Minuten mit Zug) oder Salzburg (1 Stunde mit Zug) liegt unsere geräumige Wohnung zentral gegenüber dem Ostbahnhof in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof, nahe der Münchner Innenstadt, in angenehmer Nachbarschaft. In direkter Nähe befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und Biergärten.

Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen).
