Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. A unique location on the water with an unobstructed view of the reed beds. From the modern interior, high glass walls offer a view of the surrounding nature and you can spot many holiday boats in summer, in addition to various birds. An adjacent sloop can be rented.

Op loopafstand van het centrum van Bolsward, aan de Workumertrekvaart, de originele Friese Elfstedenroute, ligt onze landelijk gelegen boerderij. Wij bieden u in deze landelijke en waterrijke omgeving een royale kamer aan, die voorzien is van een groot tweepersoonsbed, (2x0.90), tv/zit-hoek en een geheel nieuwe badkamer met jacuzzi. Extra slaapgelegenheid is mogelijk. Deze nieuwe ruimte hebben wij gerealiseerd in onze voormalige koeienstal, die grenst aan onze privéwoning.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Er is plaats voor twee volwassen in een slaapkamer met uitzicht op bos. Kom helemaal tot rust bij de kachel, luister naar de vogeltjes en de ruisende bomen. De boekenkast staat vol met boeken en spelletjes. In het leuke Voorthuizen is van alles te doen, dus naast rust is er veel vertier te vinden in de omgeving.

Compleet ingericht, met een sfeervolle pelletkachel en een houtkachel is dit echt een plek om tot rust te komen! Het huisje heeft een eigen tuin en grenst aan een bos, waar je een fijne wandeling kunt maken en in de nabije omgeving zijn nog veel meer wandelgebieden. Ook loop je vanaf het huisje in zo'n 20 minuten naar een leuke zwemplas.

Hier in Drenthe waar de tijd lijkt te vertragen hebben we een toevluchtsoord gecreëerd waar je kunt ontsnappen aan de drukte van het dagelijks leven en volledig kunt genieten en relaxen.
