The guesthouse has all you need to feel at home. Within 15 minutes you'll find Gunstock Recreational Area, Highlands Mtn. Bike Park, Hermit Woods Winery, Funspot bowling and arcades, hiking, fishing, Shaker Village, Lakes Region Casino, NH Speedway, Bank of NH Pavillion (star-studded concerts) and Tanger Outlet Shopping.

This condo suite is located at Condominium Suites at Lake Winnipesaukee - Silver winner in the Best of the Lakes Region contest since 2020! Though the building is an older brick building, the condo suites are all very tastfully decorated, and comfortable. Just around the corner from Bank of NH Pavilion,Gunstock and Weirs Beach! Although we are across the street from the lake, we do not have direct access. Weirs Beach is 12 minutes down the street. Weirs Beach has shops, eateries and arcades.
